Cure for tilt?
Boys are there any excellent cure for tilt?
Tilted yet again away 100$ from 400$ bankroll.. Sucks very hard.. made same thing last week..
Tried almost everything to control tilt but without success
Not tried weed yet but i think it would have same effect that alcohol
Somebody have any good method?

start play on higher blinds and win back that you loose
If you loose more so that dosent do so much...that was only money
Or begin play only tournaments
It always better win $4 than loose $100

I don't think alcohol/weed and good poker walk together. I'm very calm with poker bad beats. It happens as much to you as it happens to others so if it happens to me I try to remember a hand where I got lucky and someone got bad beated.

True But tilt comes very easy after doing good and then you loose 1 weeks profits in 2 hours
You cant just say then " Oh, well next time i win "

Yup that must be harsh. I only play MTT and SNGs because I'm not really good at cash games. I can only loose the buy-in. Unless I don't have a good bankroll management I won't have issues with loosing a lot very quickly :p
Good luck!

Re: Cure for tilt?
Maybe i have to switch all my games to sit&go´s and mtt´s
Think i could do better results with them and maybe i would get much less tilt´s

dbl or nothing sit & go's are the way to go. you only have to come in the top 3 out of 6 man sit & go's and the top 5 out of a 10 man sit & go's. very easy to beat at the $5 and lower buy in's. i've made a pretty hefty bank roll out of them. which leaves me for joy
